The new opening sequence is very different from the previous one ... there's good vibe in the music.

M so disappointed... I donno wht the hooha was for. OTau bathyale izfuba... so predictable n BORING! So not even a mention of the fired cast... it's a Moroka do not 1 word abt Queen.

I think it will get interesting....i like the different approach and also the starting...i feel that we watched it comparing it with the old but it doesnt work like that...this is a different thing...i for one am sold so will keep watching...i have a feeling its gon get interesting with time...remember soapies take time to warm up...unlike the likes of Saints and Sinners which are short dramas and they start with a bang because of their short duration...i say lets give it time and a few more episodes...

@angel93 Tau was dead or rather presumed dead then he came back and we were told he ddnt die after all, that's when he married Karabo and they moved to London...so in the end he wasnt dead...

Generations or The Legecy. which one do you prefer watching? Id say Generations not the Legecy...... Bathong, bring back Skeem Saam at 8, not into this new Generations at all

I never really like skeemsaam, so I've been waiting for Generations. My Opinion, it is still early days, and will see how the story unfolds. The thing that impressed me though is the new faces, I'm so sick and tired of this of these sopies, using same actors all the time. At least others are now given a chance to prove their craft.

Come on guys let's give credit where its due, last night's episode was epic,the unveiling was glamorous and smooth . I feel that the story lines were introduced very nicely because now we know mazwi the handsome young man with a beautiful wife to be is a loan shark who was raised by his mother, Lucy is gangsta and her family runs a shebeen business ,there's bad blood between tau and gaddafi, the list of interesting stories is endless, and I can't wait to see what's gonna happen next. Well done to the actors everyone was on point and well done to mr vundla .

Poor picture quality at the cemenrty no green grass like cpt krkrkr Jhb is very dry bathong,

so every1 is Archie's son, i thnk i can be Thami Ngubeni, ( Archie Moroka's daughter) krkrkr hope u ladies still remember her she used to be on Generations
guguletu, nam sana i am with u Mazwi's mom not sure if she is a Zulu or Xhosa her lines are bit off u cant mix isiXhosa ne SiZulu please make up you mind.

and guys wht ive noticed last nite Bra Mfundi is very angry , he is not a type of person who can give u 2nd chance whn u do wrong to him, he will distroy u like tht,, the CHOPPA, MAMRUBY,JASON, SENZO,KHETHIWE ETC those charectors are DEAD TO HIM, and viewers we wont even recognise them in the street

Low budget footage, lack of yummy eye candy, weak and predictible story lines but more importantly they failed to answer the question: 2 years after WHAT?!?!? Is it set 1998? Why only Smanga? What about Noah and the sister? They are also Morokas they have more right than Angela and Jonathan to be at the unveiling??? Why was Smanga raised by Karabo and not Zoleka the mother??? How can Mazwi claim to be Archie's son? A photo is not proof. I think Thato's baby mama came up with the weak story lines on purpose

now i think people do understand that this was a new Generations Legacy everything was supposed to start afresh.Most people are fooled by the graphigs.They were expecting to see continuers program.i hope now you do understand that this is the Generations The Legacy.People i hope now you are getting used to it.I know most fo you dont want to agree with me.But once you watch this generation,you feel like it dont have to end.There is always a reason to make you come back.

those who are talking about skeem sam,really they dont konw between drama and a soapie.to me skeem sam is still a drama ant hey have to give their best shot.Mark my words once skeem sam goes off air and come with new cast.Believe me guys you are going to feel the same way you feel about Generations the legacy now.It is not because it is boring or was boring,it is a matter of getting used to new characters and graphigs.
