I am a big fan of the underdog. Because everyone in their lives was once an underdog. And when the underdog accomplishes something, we all feel like winners. So when Skeem Saam took over Generations time slot, I was excited because I cheer lead the underdog. But it seems like when this turfloop drama became a soapie it lost its flavour and overdosed its scriptwriter on insurance policies. I dont mind endorsements, but damned dont sharve it in our faces, dear God. Its like forcing us to watch an advert when the plot is about to thicken. So glad that's calming down, Makunutu was shown out of her uniform for a change lastweek. Getting to the point of this blog. For peace sake, stop repeating the script. It's horrible to watch Mapitsi going through that pregnancy scare over and over again. And is her son Pitsi the only little boy that Mmakadimeng can kidnap in Turfloop? And she's not even disguised, so how come the grandparents can's see that its the same woman? It's exhausting, find something else to write about, because you had it. That special ingredient that separated you from Generations was that your storyline was more authentic.
