A heads-up that there's an interesting line-up on Carte Blanche this Sunday (10 May), particularly: an investigation into the events that occurred before the hectic killing of Jayde Panayiotou and a dive into the meteoric Armageddon Cave.

Here's the full line-up:

Justice for Jayde

An alleged love triangle, a young teacher abducted and murdered. Her story has captivated the imagination of many South Africans who first learnt of her disappearance on social media. Carte Blanche follows intriguing events that led to the tragic murder of Jayde Panayiotou and to the arrest of the alleged mastermind behind the crime - her husband - and his accomplices.

Producer: Bernadette Maguire
Presenter: John Webb
Researcher: Sasha Schwendenwein

Nepal Earthquake

The world has rushed to the aid of a country in mourning as the death toll mounts following Nepal’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake. The quake has wreaked havoc on the region’s ancient infrastructure and iconic mountain ranges. As South African relief workers and doctors return from Nepal, Carte Blanche hears first-hand accounts of this devastating natural disaster.

Producer: Kate Barry
Presenter: Bongani Bingwa
Researcher: Laura Byrne

Almost an Artificial Pancreas

When he was only 22 months old, four-year old Xavier Hames was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. His parents spent each day of the next two years weighing everything he ate and then injecting him with the right amount of insulin. Carte Blanche meets the 4-year-old who has now become the first recipient of a ground-breaking insulin pump that has taken the world one step closer to an artificial pancreas.

Producer: Tarryn Crossman

Armageddon Cave - a world exclusive

Only an hour away from Johannesburg lies a cave caused by a meteor crash 2 billion years ago and never before known to man – until now. In a global exclusive, Carte Blanche cameras descend into an astonishing section of planet earth so closely guarded that only a handful of experts have had the privilege of seeing the remarkable interior of the colossal Armageddon Cave.

Producer: Diana Lucas
Presenter: John Webb

Carte Blanche is on M-Net on Sundays at 19h00.
