A new youthful telenovela called Isithembiso premieres on Mzansi Magic on Monday, 3 April at 19h30 in the wake of Greed & Desire which wraps on Thursday, 30 March.
Deets on Isithembiso's scenario are sketchy but word from Mzansi Magic is that the show focuses on the promises that come with being young - how promises are made and broken - promises of a better life, a brighter future, greater life choices etc.
The series explores idealism and the reality that all that glitters isn't always gold.
IsiBaya producers Bomb are producing the show and they've been casting for it since last year. You may have seen the auditions for it in
TVSA's Casting Calls? It was originally titled Bokamoso and Bomb put out an open casting call for it in Joziburg and Durban.
