Generations has rubbished internet claims that the soapie has decided to find a replacement actor to take over Joe Mafela's role as Tebogo Moroka following Joe's
tragic death at the weekend.
Today reports surfaced online claiming that production "sources" have said that Gen has made a decision to recast his role.
Speaking to TVSA this morning, Generations publicist Gaaratwe Mokhethi said, "We're in a state of mourning right now, " - and told us that the reports aren't true.
She went on to say that the show isn't ready to make a decision yet and that no decisions will be made on the future of his role until after his memorial service and funeral.
His public memorial service will be held this Thursday (23 March) at 10h00 at The Mandela Theatre in the Joburg Theatre Complex. His funeral details haven't been confirmed yet.
