This week Speak Out tackles Silver Auto Services on behalf of Mr Sethu Masemola of Seshego, Limpopo, who claims that his right to disclosure of information was violated by them on 22 May 2017.
He paid the panel beater a total of R17,000 on two separate occasions for his vehicle to be repaired. His vehicle still remains at the panel beater’s premises, unfixed, while the company also has his money.
