Anthony Melchiorri is on a mission to help struggling and indebted hotels turn their fortunes around.
In Rhode Island, Anthony drops in on the Sandy Shore Motel, where he confronts a bullying owner, a smelly utility closet and giant mould colonies that have sprung up all over the place.
Then he checks out the Winter Haven Suites in Florida, close to Orlando's major theme parks, and tries to pull the hotel out of freefall.
At the Colonial Mountain Inn, Missouri, Anthony faces a family feud, a contractor clash and a death-trap utility closet.
His mission to turn sub-par hospitality into five-star conviviality won't be an easy one - even if he does make it out alive.
