Nadiya travels the length and breadth of the UK seeking great food, from cool, quirky and clever food innovators.
In the first episode, Nadiya visits the Peak District and surrounding area where she makes Derbyshire Oatcakes and turns them into samosas.
Nadiya then visits the East of England to catch crabs and meet a farmer who makes her favourite food - crisps! Inspired by the area, she cooks four great recipes, including a unique cake.
To find out more about the food she feeds her family, Nadiya meets fishermen, farmers, chefs and producers across the country and creates delicious new recipes inspired by their produce.
