Disney Channel and production house Penguin Films are on a search for food savvy kids for the new, third season of Disney Cookabout.
The show's looking for 10 to 13-year-old contestants, who are based in Gauteng. This is the first time that the series is being filmed in Gauteng - it was in the Western Cape last season.
In case you aren't familiar with the format... it's an interactive cooking show where the contestants - known as cooktestants - go on exciting food adventures, learning where our food comes from, before battling it out in the kitchen using the ingredient of the day.
Eight cooktestants compete in the challenges over 18 episodes and two winners will be crowned at the end. Both will win a Cookabout trophy and R50,000 for a project at their school.
