Being Good Company.
It's the eighth wonder of the world. Literally! It's what creates the reality of the people around you.
No-one wants to be around a selfish, self-involved misery.
Nope, everyone wants to be with someone who is interesting and interested.
Someone you can spend hours and hours with - days and months and years with - while never feeling unhappy or hurt or any of the neggies Nancy emotions that Bad Company inspires.
This is at the heart of Zee World's new 19h00 series Kindred Hearts, which replaces This is Fate on Tuesday (4 June) at 19h00.
The premise of the series is simple: it follows businessman Aditya's liberation from his nasty wife Nisha, who makes his life miserable with her selfish self-involvement.
Nisha | Jhanvi
None of his family realise how unpleasant she is though. She presents an image of herself as the perfect wife and daughter-in-law which means that Aditya's family thinks she's marvellous while Aditya hides the secret of who she really is.
Then he meets Jhanvi, a singleton who happens to be Good Company. Jhanvi joins Aditya's family business and tries to understand why he's always such a gloombag.
It doesn't take long for her to discover the source of his pain and once she does, she decides she wants to bring joy into his life.
Which brings them closer.
And then Nisha finds out.
The series' original Hindi name is Woh Apna Sa and it stars Sudeep Sahir as Aditya, Disha Parmar as Jhanvi and Ridhi Dogra and Manasi Salvi as Nisha - Manasi replaces Ridhi during the course of the show.
