Real Estate Wars
Channel: SABC3
TX Time: 20h30
Genre: Reality
Real estate can be a cutthroat industry, especially when agents are competing for turf in one of the USA's most coveted realty markets like Orange County in Southern California.
John McMonigle was formerly the number one real estate agent in the Orange County, but lost everything when the real estate market crashed, ultimately forcing him into bankruptcy.
John, never a man to stay down, rebuilt his empire, with five ambitious agents to create The McMonigle Team, with one of their primary goals being to beat The Relegance Group.
Relegance is made up of five zealous agents, including the "real estate queen" of Orange County, Jojo Romeo, who happens to have a contentious past with John.
As an estranged employee of John's, she became determined to join Relegance and help them become the #1 team in the O.C.
However, it's a small world, and when they vie for the same high-end clients, limited listings and large commissions, the competition can be ruthless.
With 10 agents, eccentric clients, multi-million-dollar deals, old vendettas, and one common goal of winning, all is fair in real estate and war.

TX Time: 13h00
Genre: Home Improvement, Reality, DIY
Hosted by Kiwi architect Chris Moller, Grand Designs New Zealand shares the stories of creative and enterprising Kiwis who are taking on the challenge of building their own unique and inspirational homes.
No design is too ambitious, and no obstacle too large in their quest for the perfect house.
Following the international Grand Designs format, the series will see the process of these incredible design projects, as well as the personal journeys of those building them – from the initial blueprints, through to the long and often arduous task of turning the plans into practical living spaces.
Using archaic or new-school building techniques and material, and in locations from the beach, the mountains, and the hills in between, Grand Designs New Zealand will feature houses ranging from architectural designer mansions to DIY, never-before-seen kinds of homes.
In the series premiere, "Concrete Farmhouse": Deer farmer and bachelor Lachlan McDonald is building a three-bedroom concrete home in the hopes to fill it with a family in the future.
However, the choice of location is one of the most remote and stormy parts of the country - The Catlins.
He's hired a top Auckland architect who is scratching his head at Lachlan's decision to project manage his first build himself.
His choice of builder is also a good mate who specialises in constructing local milking sheds.
Will this Grand Design be a perfect fusion of passions and experience or are these personalities destined to clash?
