Karel is pleased that Sarah has made contact and Angie decides to babysit Amber so she can investigate Charles’ intentions.

The Van Reneen’s prepare for a funeral while the arrival of Kate and Amber unlocks more pain for everybody. The tension between Kate and Angie seems apparent and they realise that they are suffering from the same feelings of guilt.
Itumeleng reveals to Diksie that he is relieving Marang of her duties. A new ‘permanent’ guest arrives at the lodge, but Diksie is not impressed and the battle lines are drawn. Ashwin’s luck in finding Amita changes when a stranger tells him of an abandoned car in the bush.

The elders arrive at Go-Tladi to protest against the wedding and Itumeleng makes a bold decision, but a shocking chain of events threatens to ruin the day. Will Itumeleng and Marang finally live happily ever after?
