Mvelo Ntuli and Dinkybliss (aka Rethabile Potsane) became the first two has-beens on Big Brother on Sunday night when they were voted out of the house by housemates Terry and Themba.
Yes, viewer votes contributed to their eviction but the production gave the two Ts too much control of the show last week.
Terry was Head of House, Themba was her deputy and they were only ones who were allowed to nominate housemates for eviction.
They chose Mvelo, Dinkybliss, Mphowabadimo, Norman and Gash1, and Terry saved Acadia.
All of the housemates need to be "allowed" to participate this week so the results aren't skewed according to two people's points of view.
Parting Shots
Mvelo's final words:
“It’s a bittersweet moment, but it’s the nature of the game.”
He also said he won't miss anyone.
Dinkybliss:
“The Housemates were just intimidated because they could see that I’m powerful. I’m unpredictable like the weather [and] I’m nobody’s friend.”
Mm. Should have rethunk that strategy there.
