It's time for some hard core real estate porn on BBC Lifestyle this Wednesday (1 June) with the premiere of Listing Cape Town at 20h00.
The franchise first debuted with Listing Jozi a year ago and this new six episode season follows the same format, with a different posse of real estate agents who peddle Cape Town properties for multi-millions.
Some of the houses on offer are located along the Atlantic Seaboard e.g. Green Point, Bantry Bay and Sea Point, and others are inland, specifically in and around Franschhoek, Val de Vie and Paarl Valley.
These are the five agents followed by a brochure of what's on the market... see if you can guesstimate their price tags:
Armel Ciamala (Law Real Estate)
Farrah Mia (Live Real Estate)
Jodi Smith (Remax)
Renee Lister-James (Chas Everitt)
Saadiq Effendi (LIONLEAD Realty)

Series producers Nico Nel and Trevor Kaplan of AlternaTV:
"Property prices in Cape Town vary so much in the high-end market, all depending on its proximity to the ocean or the mountains. It is incomparable with property prices in Johannesburg.
"For example, a R5-million home in one of Joburg’s northern suburbs could easily go for over R75-million if you were to up and move it to Clifton Beach. It is just absolutely jaw-dropping.
"Even more so, there are a lot of international and local people purchasing these properties at the moment, there is a lot of wealth in Cape Town."
Questions to Jodi:
What is the most expensive home you have sold?
Jodi: "R50-million. Rented homes of over R350k per month too."
What’s your best piece of real estate advice?
Jodi: "A deal is never dead."
Question to Renee:
What’s your best piece of real estate advice?
Renee: "Always look for a view, value and opportunity. Choose your location carefully, look past the interior (as this is easily changed or upgraded) and focus on what opportunities the property and surrounding area has.
"Views are key and can only increase the value and demand for your home should you sell it at a later stage. Everything else is cosmetic."
Questions to Saadiz:
What is the most expensive home you have sold?
Saadiz: "R21,5-million in Springbok Road, Green Point. Sold it to cash buyers within 20 days from listing. The most expensive rental I’ve concluded was R140,000 per month in Camps Bay, which was paid up front."
What did you learn about filming that you didn’t expect?
Saadiz: "That when a camera is on you it can make you question what you are doing and saying, completely overthink the whole thing, however in an ordinary viewing you would be completely natural and take the lead."
