After being carjacked and badly assaulted, Nkosi later manages to get help from a passer-by and calls Funani. Meanwhile, the anomaly with Zanele's baby proves to be nothing serious and she and the baby start bonding.

Faith reassures Shoki that Nkosi will receive the best care possible. She then turns to a conflicted Funani and urges him to take Nkosi back home and give him the best care that he can as a father.

Shoki encourages Nkosi to be grateful that he's still alive, whatever he lost during the hijacking can be replaced but not his life. Meanwhile, Funani sets down tough conditions for Nkosi's return to the mansion.

An angry Zola fights the urge to confront Sandile for interfering in his relationship with Zanele. Sandile changes his mind about telling Faith that Zanele is still seeing Zola.

Zanele feels Sandile's not a true friend anyway, if he's not happy with her seeing the father of her child. She tells Zola she still wants to see him and resolves to tell Faith that she and Zola are seeing each other.

Zanele chickens out of telling Faith about her and Zola, and instead tells Zola that he's the one who'll have to tell Faith himself. Isaac informs a frustrated Funani that he doesn't have any leads yet on Nkosi's hijackers.

Zanele persuades a reluctant Zola that it's in his best interests to meet up with Faith. Zanele later blindsides an unwitting Faith into meeting with Zola.

Faith refuses to talk to Zola and to discuss the matter with Zanele further. However, Zanele eventually persuades Faith that Zola has indeed changed and that if Faith finds he hasn't changed at all, then Zanele's prepared to cut ties with him.

Funani informs Isaac about Nkosi seeing his hijacker in Tembisa. Isaac then invites Nkosi and Funani to Tembisa where Nkosi points out Sphamandla to them.

Bra Zakes asks Isaac to hold off going to the cops until he's spoken to Sphamandla. But Sphamandla is put off by Bra Zakes' suggestion that they need to find a way to compensate Nkosi for his car.

Zola's meeting with Faith takes a nasty turn when he finds himself held captive by her at gunpoint. Faith eventually forces him to dig his own grave by making a voice recording for Zanele before killing him.
