Isitha: The Enemy on 23 July 2024:
Thenjiwe spins circles around her competitors as her inner conflicts are resolved.
A culmination of this journey that she's been going through...
Thenjiwe faces an internal crisis, realizing she has no identity outside of motherhood.
And her son, Velaphi, is now a young man who no longer tolerates her micromanagement.
Fortunately, Bandze introduces her to the world of spinning cars, and she instantly falls in love with it.
She starts attending spinning events, where a spinner named Tornado notices the spark in her eyes and takes it upon himself to teach her the ropes.
Thenjiwe's newfound passion meets resistance when she tells her family.
Nomsa feels humiliated as her daughter starts hanging out with people who look like thugs, a bad look for a pastor in the community.
And as Thenjiwe's popularity grows, Velaphi faces disrespect from his peers because of how they talk about her.
Meanwhile, rival spinning gangs feel threatened by her performance and assault both Tornado and Bandze.
But Bandze stands by Thenjiwe and reassures her of her talent, and she draws confidence from the sentimental hat Tornado gave her.
With renewed determination, she's on a mssion to become the Queen of Spin.
