Andile Gaelesiwe returns to host the new season of this social reality show that tracks the journeys of real South Africans who ask for help in their search to heal their relationships with lost or estranged family members.
According to a study on Statistics on Children Living in South Africa 2023, written by author Katherine Hall, "Many children in South Africa do not live consistently in the same household as their biological parents. This is an established feature of childhoods in South Africa, and international studies have shown that the country is unique in the extent that parents are absent from children’s daily lives."
The series tackles socio-economic issues such as abuse, addiction, poverty and the breakdown of the family structure, which contributes to the continued estrangement of family members.
It also celebrates healing in families through forgiveness and reconciliation.
This season Andile is joined by former RGB host Samora Mangesi as a field presenter.
In the premiere:
Maarth Jaard left her daughter over 30 years ago after enduring abuse from her child’s father. The separation from her daughter affects her mentally and she takes a journeyto look for her daughter.
Also, Fikiswa Mzanywa and her siblings have never met their younger brother as their mother gave him to his father when he was a baby. They take a journey to look for him.
And later, Scelo Dlamini looks for his mother who he's never met.

If they get engaged, the couples will then lay their eyes on their fiancés for the very first time, and see whether their physical connection can match their emotional one.
Once they're back in the real world, the couples will determine once and for all whether love is truly blind, as the realities of everyday life sink in and their much-awaited wedding day finally arrives.

This reality dance travelogue travels across one continent and takes us inside some of Africa's hidden treasures, tourism landmarks and dramatic twists of travelling across Africa.
The series is presented by Paul Modjadji, who was the first dancer in Africa to win the European Dance Star World Championships in the solo Jazz category in 2011.
Modjadji embarks on a Dance for Social Change Tour, that saw him visit 10 African countries: Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Botswana and Namibia, advocating for arts education across the continent.
Minnie Dlamini appears as the host in the season finale.
In the series premiere, "Zimbabwe - The Maiden Trip": The cast embarks on their maiden trip as part of the tour.
Their first stop in this adventure is Harare.
After two days in Harare, the cast drives to the scenic town of Muthare for the Jibilika International Dance Festival.
Drama ensues when one of the cast members, Ginger, falls ill, and there is a fallout with the host.
The episode ends on a high note as the cast visits the iconic Victoria Falls and discovers the first dancer selected for the Dance Star World Masters World Championships talent search.
