New series Advocate Anjali premieres on StarLife on Thursday 20 February at 18h30, replacing
Strings of Love which ends the night before.
It's a legal eagle romantic thriller about struggling lawyer Anjali Awasthi who needs a big break.
It also has elements of David and Goliath because Anjali comes up against big guns.
She takes up a challenging case that becomes the ultimate test of her resolve - not only to establish herself in the legal field but also to challenge deep-rooted injustices.
She has big aspirations and her father is her guiding light.
As you can see from the first pic, he isn't the only man in her life.
Anjali is played by Shritama Mitra, who makes her debut in a Hindi TV show with this role. Her previous roles have been in regional Bengali shows.
