Saras tells Danny he suspects Pramad's conspiracy against Kumud. Pramad, angry at Kalika for ruining his plan, reveals his next move. Saras overhears, attacks Pramad, and Kumud slaps Saras.

Pramad, furious, shoots Saras, but Saras and Kumud escape. He chases them, but Kumud, enraged, threatens him. Meanwhile, Danny informs Kumari and Dugba about Pramad's conspiracy.

Pramad falsely claims Saras and Kumud eloped, but Kumud reveals he tried to kill her. She tells Dugba she will file a complaint against Pramad and Kalika. The police arrest Pramad.

Kalika urges Saubhagyadevi to free Pramad. Dugba stops Saras, but he leaves. Kusum pushes Kumud to stop him. Kumud tells Buddhidhan she'll withdraw her complaint against Pramad.

Kumud tells Vidyachatur about Buddhidhan's promise to help her divorce Pramad. Alak tells Pramad about Kumud's deal. Saras asks Pramad to sign the papers, but he refuses.

Kusum shares that Kumud resumed teaching. Vidya seeks Saras's help to restart his factory. Saras tells Kumud Pramad refused to sign. Vidya informs Saras about the factory fire.

Saraswatichandra suggests Vidyachatur make samples traditionally. His family works overnight to finish the consignment, but Kalika ruins it.

Kumud learns Saras sold his land to save their house. She plans a school in Saraswati's name. Saras pays a token for land, and the dealer gives him a day to pay the balance.

Kumud and Saras raise funds from Ratnanagari villagers and buy the land. Kumud plans a Meera drama for bhoomi puja. Pramad visits Vidya's house and tells Danny something.

Danny feels upset learning his mother was a dancer and confronts Saras for hiding it. Kumud performs the bhoomi puja. Kalika hands Pramad's divorce papers to Kumud.

Pramad hires goons to attack Kumud, mentioning her waist jewelry. Pleased with Kusum's acting, Kumud gifts it to her. The goons mistakenly kidnap Kusum.

Saras rescues Kusum. Kumud slaps Pramad and informs Buddhidhan and Saubhagyadevi about his role in Kusum's kidnapping. She consoles Kusum, while Saubhagyadevi slaps Pramad.

Kusum tells Guniyal she won't confess her love to Saras, who apologises to Kumud. Buddhidhan transfers the property to Pramad and leaves with Saubhagyadevi.

Pramad tells Kumud that Buddhidhan, Saubhagyadevi, and Alak have left. Kumud informs Saras about Pramad's visit and breaks Kusum's marriage. The family supports her, but Sundarba is angry.

Kusum makes a beautiful rangoli. Sundarba insults Kumud, Kusum, and Kumari. Kalika scolds Dugba, Vidya, and Guniyal. Later, Saras gives Diwali gifts, and Vidya gifts everyone.

Saras promises Dugba to care for Kumud forever, making her happy. He mistakenly puts waist jewelry on Kusum, thinking she's Kumud. He questions Kumud's avoidance while she fears crackers.

Danny overhears Kusum and Mohan talking. Kalika informs Mohan's mother about Saras. Pramad visits Vidya's house to apologise and asks to meet Kumud, but she angrily refuses to forgive him.
