If you missed last night's thrilling episode of Prison Break, here's what went down......
Michael knocks pope out and locks him in the cupboard. Ok, i didnt c the lock part but he did leave him in there. He walks out pope's office, guilt written all ova his face & tells the PA not 2 bother Pope, he's on a conference call..
Michael goes back 2 his cell, Sucre's waiting 'impatiently' he's a wreck..poor guy..puking in the toilet, thank God the suits have been taken out already. Abruzzi & Tbag are still exchanging them looks, give me a break...
Tbag then goes 2 tease Fatso (Sucre's cousin, we'll call him that, 2 late 2 look up his name)and tells him 'hope u dont get stuck in them pipes boy'. Funny Tbag.
Trumpet won't leave C-Note alone, he's baying 4 his blood. Luckily C-Note disappears thru the escape hole in Michael and Sucre's cell before Trumpet's crew can find him (how tyms change). They all disappear thru the hole 1 by 1 (this is prison, nobody notices?? How convenient). Forging ahead..in the tunnel and Moses is leading the Israelites 2 the promised land. Did i say moses? Well Michael's leading them and all of a sudden, stop! Bellick's mouth gag is off and he's screaming HELP!!
Michael and the crew stop! So does my heart! Thank God, AD BREAK, i can catch my breath..pheww!
Now the 1 guard heard a sound, no prizez 4 guessing what he says. All together now, he says: "DID u hear that?" (sumbody give us more lines up in here). Needless 2 say the 2nd guard didnt hear a thing & ever-so-lovely TBag gets 2 Bellick b4 he makes more sounds, I'm realy trying 2 hate Tbag but it ain't easy. Thotful michael takes Bellick's jacket & cap, ties him up & shuts his BIG mouth properly & the saints go marching bt not b4 Tweener places a killer punch on his jaws (he must've bn thinking of those burgers) mmh i wish i had the opportunity 2 place that punch!
Meanwhile Dr Sara makes her way back 2 Fox River..(good gal)
....everybody's wearing their white suits except Michael, who's wearing Bellick's cap and jacket, AMAZING, the jacket fits Perfectly! He's now trying 2 open some door that requires a code, oh my there goes the alarm!!!
I get another panic attack, Boom! Another ad break!!
We're back and everyone, more than anyone else, Fatso is panicking, except Michael. Is he deaf? He explains that it's the psych ward's fire alarm (u planned that 2 michael? Me thinks this is a bit 2 much eazi). They are all strolling through 2 psyche ward with all the psyche patients who had 2 get out of the ward due 2 the fire-ala-scofield..and now they're going back inside, the psyche ward guard stops Tweener, his suit aint white & blue spots! The guard tells Michael (who's posing as a guard) it aint a normal psyche ward suit. Michael asks the guard 4 the shot.(how convenient that the syringe/needle was already in his pocket) ..and says "This will put him out?" referring 2 Tweener, the guard agrees 'Like a light'. A second later the guard was out like a light! In the meantime, the plane has landed, Veronica's still begging Nick 2 let her go, strangely he does let her go. He puts her in a cab & calls up his dad 2 meet him at his place...
Back at the psyche ward Michael tells Tweener " I know u told Bellick" young blood tries 2 deny it but honey,don't u know? Scofield knows EVERYTHING! (Except my number!)
We're now in Pope's office and Damn! This Tannie is still there! She's clearly wondering why the conference call's taking so long and I'm wondering why she's at the office that late. She's supposed 2 b a Secretary 4 crying out loud, not a prison guard! Anyway, some heavy breather is watching/following the PI crew while making their way out of the psyche ward. ..At the vice presidency, Veronica's pacing up & down while Kellerman's acting just as Khaphela wud when warning Tau about the dangers of the 'Operation-Trap-Jack Mabaso'. Give me a break!
Lincoln, strange enuff is sitting with a guard in the infirmary (don't ask me why they were 'sitting' there, or why he wasn't in his cell right at that moment especially after Pope's strict instructions???). In walks Mike & the mechanics, sorry the gang..
The guard says my favourite lines in this episode: "I ain't a hero for $14 an hour. You do what u gotta do". Soon after that Linc's chains are off the guard's on the floor, courtesy of a T-Bag knock...the crew is complete they're now on their way...
By now the Tannie realizes that Pope is not on a call.
At Nick's place, he arrives at his flat & finds his dad at gunpoint by one of abruzzi's henchmen. The father is mercilessly shot after Nick shows up without Veronica (shame, I wonder how much that guy got paid, he didn't even say 1 line, maybe $14 an hour). Nick dear, don't act shocked, didn't u know who u were dealing with? Needless 2 say, he also gets shot. Oh my goodness! Twice? The 2nd shot close up! NICK IS DEAD! Or is he? U know what happened last time he got shot! Boom another AD BREAK!
Michael's struggling 2 get the window bars out of the wall, so they can go through... Tbag, in one of his moments, sarcastically tells Michael to "'take his time', they only have 15 minutes b4 the next count". Why don't u come up with an idea Smartie? Luckily, Tweener saves the day by stepping in the lift, it moves, out goes the window bars. Yeah plan is back on track. Wait a minute, who is that now? Haywire joins the exclusive party, no invite in hand nogal! He's the heavy breather that's been watching them all along... They allow him in or else......so naturally, he joins the party!!.
In the meantime Pope is found and there are dogs/guards/sirens all over.
Now there's a cable that connects the prison building they're in and the boundary wall they've been dreaming 2 go over. First one 2 go inching is Linc, followed by Abruzzi & Sucre, I'm now really starting 2 panic, do they have tym 2 do this one at a tym? How is the injured Westmoreland goin 2 climb up there? And Fatso? Already the cable was a bit loose on one side.
Just as I was wondering, a very pale Westmoreland collapses to the floor, he makes Michael promise 2 find his daughter, Michael is almost in tears when he tells Westmoreland he can make it (Oh! Michael!). West cannot go any further...he tells Michael where the robbery money is & that it's actually $5 million. Who else hears that? Tweener, Fatso, C-note and my favourite, T-Bag (this story ain't about 2 end). Westmoreland's dead, I think.
After hearing the news, Tbag goes cable climbing with much enthusiasm, the others follow and Michael & Fatso are left behind. Fatso unexpectedly allows Michael 2 go first. (This is prison, where did that kindness come from? I thot Abruzzi was the born again one, hell even he wasn't that kind at that moment?!)
Michael goes and Lincoln's waiting 4 him over the wall, actually he's shouting & beauty of beauties none of the guards hears him!. Just as Michael's about 2 get 2 the other side, Fatso panics and grabs the cable, oh my! Fatso what are u doing?? You're 2 heavy, the cable breaks on the one side, Fatso painfully falls 2 the ground. Michael almost falls and Linc's trying 2 grab him. It doesn't look good, after EVERYTHING he went through, he's gonna get caught? NO!!! The guards & their dogs get 2 Fatso, they see the hanging cable, look up and wow! Scofield made it, Prison Break Style! Phew! That was close. Needless 2 say I watched the Brazil game peacefully, knowing Scofield's safe, FOR NOW.
