First, Tim and Anne Marie were desperate to save their mother, Sylvia, who was constantly talking to the voices in her head. After 10 weeks of treatment, see the inspirational turn Sylvia has taken. What will she say when she meets Dr. Phil face to face.
Then, just over a month ago, two women told Dr. Phil how they fell victim of alleged con man and bigamist Ed Hicks. See how their story helped another woman and brought Hicks into police custody.
Plus, 18-year-old Natalee Holloway disappeared last May during a senior class trip to the island of Aruba. Dr. Phil is joined by Natalee’s mother, Beth, her lawyer, and the consultant to the Aruban government who defends the work of the investigators.

Alysia, 17, wants her mom to approve of her 30-year-old boyfriend, Jamie - who is in jail and has been charged with domestic violence. Her mother, Linda says her daughter was working hard and headed for college until she met this man, and now her daughter’s future is a parent’s worst nightmare.
Next, Kaylene, 15 is upset that her mother has banned her from using the website where she posted pictures of herself in a bikini. Is the internet a safe place for a 15-year-old girl?
Then Brittany, 14, says her family moved to Nashville to pursue her dream of becoming a singer. But now that her parents are having marriage problems, she’s caught in the middle and thinks it’s all her fault.

Comptition Freaks
Winning isn’t everything but for some people, it’s the only thing. Dr. Phil’s guests are competition freaks who must always win, come in the first place or be the best at anything they do.
Jennifer and Judy are twins who have been competing with each other since birth. They battle to be the prettiest, thinnest and best looking, and they constantly sabotage each other. After 46 years, can they end this vicious cycle of one-upmanship?
Then, 18-year-old Alice says her mother, hates to lose and turns everything into a competition - from playing board games dating.

Audrey says she looks extra hot now that she’s 62 and she’s got a 28-year-old boyfriend to prove it. Her close friend, Crystal, thinks Audrey should hang up her mini skirts and start baking cookies.
