One of my aunt's best friends was on the Helderberg and she was traumatised by it, imagining what her friend went through in her final moments and never knowing what happened. The whole thing was extra shocking because the plane broke in half mid-air - near Mauritius where it crashed into the sea. I hope Idea Candy do a better job with the interviews than they did on School Ties. I didn't like the way they had long, lingering, silent shots on the interviewees after they finished speaking - made it feel sensationalised and less sincere, as if we were being pushed into feeling a particular emotion.
