Jeff Hephner is an American actor best known for his starring role as Matt Ramsey in the teen drama television series The O.C., from 2005-2006.
He is also known for his recurring role as coach Red Raymond in the cheerleading drama series Hellcats, from 2010-2011.
Hephner also stars as State Treasurer Ben Zajac in the drama series Boss, who is motivated to become the next governor of Illinois with Mayor Tom Kane's support despite his aversion to being beholden to the Mayor.
Hephner is also known for the lead role of Morgan Buffkin in the series Easy Money, in 2008.
His career began with a lead role on Barry Levinson and Tom Fontana's acclaimed series The Jury. His additional television credits include appearances on Private Practice, NCIS and Hallmark's 2006 movie The Water is Wide, in which he starred opposite Alfre Woodard.
Hephner is a native of Sand Creek, Michigan.
