Bio
Melora Hardin is an American actress best known for her role as Jan Levenson, Dunder Mifflin's rigid former corporate boss and love interest to Michael Scott, in the television mockumentary series The Office, from 2005-2008.
Hardin has been acting, singing and dancing since childhood. Her feature film credits include the recently released Thank You for Smoking, The Hot Chick, Absolute Power, opposite Clint Eastwood and Gene Hackman and Soul Man.
She can also be seen in the horror film Drive-Thru, and made her directorial debut with the independent film You, in 2008.
Additionally, Harding has appeared in television shows such as Monk, as Monk's (Tony Shalhoub) dead wife, the series Dirty Dancing, and Cover Me.
Hardin currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, actor/writer Gildart Jackson, and their two young daughters.
