Bio
Rizwan Manji is a Canadian actor best known for his starring role as Rajiv Gidwani, the assistant manager of the Mid America Novelties call centre in India, who dreams of someday taking over as manager in order to move out of his parents' house and get married, in the television sitcom Outsourced, from 2010-2011.
He is also known for his recurring role as Rami in the comedy-drama television series Privileged, from 2008-2009.
Prior to Outsourced, he was cast as a series regular in the ABC pilot Fourplay from executive producers David Kohan and Max Mutchnick (Will & Grace).
Manji has also been seen on Glee, How I Met Your Mother and Hawthorne, as well as recurring on FlashForward, Three Rivers and Better off Ted.
Manji also recurred as Ahman on the final season of 24, though he is probably best known for playing the cantankerous butler Rami on the series Privileged.
His film credits include supporting roles in Charlie Wilson's War, Transformers and Morning Glory.
Manji was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and was raised in Calgary, Alberta where he attended Crescent Heights High School. His ancestry is from a small village in Gujarat, India, however both his parents were raised and met in Tanzania, East Africa.
Manji graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. He currently makes Studio City, California his home.
