Marley Shelton is an American actress best known for her roles in the movies Valentine, Sugar & Spice and Bubble Boy (all in 2001) and A Perfect Getaway (2009); and for her starring role as FBI agent Rachel Young in the television drama series Eleventh Hour, from 2008-2009.
Shelton first captured the attention of filmgoers as Margaret, Tobey Maguire's love interest, in the feature film Pleasantville.
She went on to appear in numerous features, including The Last Kiss, Don't Come Knocking, Grand Theft Parsons, Uptown Girls, Just A Kiss, Bubble Boy, Sugar and Spice, Never Been Kissed and the thriller Valentine.
In 2007, Shelton appeared in the Robert Rodriguez/Quentin Tarantino double-feature collaboration, Grindhouse, playing a prominent role in Rodriguez's Planet Terror. She previously worked with the director in the hit Sin City.
In 2008 she appeared in Oliver Stone's George Bush biopic, W, and in 2009 acted in the films Untitled, an independent feature, Women in Trouble and A Perfect Getaway with Milla Jovovich and Steve Zahn.
In 2010 she will appear in Our Lady of Victory, in which she plays a nun at an all-girls Catholic college in the 1970s, and in Elektra Luxx.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Shelton attended UCLA where she majored in Film and Theater. An avid traveler, she has visited countries throughout Asia, South America and Africa.
She keeps fit with yoga and pilates.
Shelton resides in Los Angeles with her two dogs, Jackson and Bella, Pit Bull/Tosa mixes from the same litter. She has been married to pharmacy owner Beau Flynn since July 2001.
