Bio
Mike Vogel is an American actor best known in television for his roles as Dean Piramatti in Grounded for Life (2001-2004) and as Dr. Chris Deleo in Miami Medical, in 2010.
He also had a starring role in the short-lived period drama television series Pan Am, from 2011-2012; and a recurring role as a disturbed deputy in the horror series Bates Motel.
Vogel later had a starring role as Dale "Barbie" Barbara, an Army veteran in Chester's Mill on a mysterious mission, in the science fiction horror television series Under the Dome, based on the novel by Stephen King.
Vogel has also accumulated many prominent feature film credits including Cloverfield, Poseidon, Rumor Has It, Supercross and The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants.
Other film releases include She's Out Of My League, Blue Valentine, Across The Hall and the independent comedy Caffeine. He can also be seen in the independent films McCanick and Jake Squred.
His previous film feature credits include the 2012 Oscar nominated film The Help, She's Out of My League, What's Your Number and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Vogel lives in Austin with his wife and two daughters.
