Bio
Katherine Boecher is an American actress best known for her recurring role as the demon Lilith in the television horror series Supernatural, in 2009.
Boecher can also be seen playing a lead role opposite Jackie Chan and George Lopez in the Lionsgate feature comedy The Spy Next Door. She trained with a professional stunt team to prepare to play the nemesis of Jackie Chan in the film, which shot in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Boecher played a supporting role in 2008 Sundance Film Festival Official Selection The Last Word with Wes Bentley, Winona Ryder and Ray Romano.
Her television work includes guest starring roles on The Closer, Heroes, Malcolm in the Middle, ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Mad Men and CSI: NY. Boecher also guest starred on the Fox drama Past Life.
Born in Beaumont, Texas, Boecher later moved with her family to Kansas City, Kansas where she spent several years before being discovered at a young age.
At 14, Boecher signed with the elite Ford Modeling Agency. This began an exciting period of extensive traveling, first between Los Angeles, Kansas, and New York City, and later around the world as an international model. Throughout her modeling career, Boecher lived in cities including Milan, Paris, London and Tokyo.
Though she was enjoying success in her career, Boecher wanted to delve further into her creative side and moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting, quickly booking her first commercial and a television guest-starring role shortly thereafter.
In her free time, Boecher enjoys horseback riding, gourmet cooking, yoga and intensive daily biking. She champions animal rights and volunteers weekly at a soup kitchen in downtown Los Angeles with her husband, Lukas Behnken.
Boecher currently resides in Los Angeles.
