Bio
Coco Austin is an American actress, dancer, glamour model and web personality best known for her marriage to rapper/actor Ice-T, since 2005.
Born Nicole Marrow in Palos Verdes, California, Coco is the oldest of three children born to actor parents who met on the set of Bonanza. As a child, her brother would mispronounce her name, saying "Cole Cole" or "Co-co" in place of "Nicole" and the nickname stuck.
At 10, the family moved to Albuquerque where Coco grew up as a tomboy, riding quads and playing football. She began dancing (jazz, tap and ballet) at six years old and was introduced to the stage early on by her mother.
At 18, Coco began specialising in swimsuit, lingerie and fitness modeling for calendars, catalogs and videos, and soon won the 1998 Miss Ujena contest in Mexico.
In 2001, Coco got invited to a party at the Playboy mansion and met Hugh Hefner which led to her working events and parties at the mansion. She then went on to appear in films, including Southwest Babes, Desert Rose and The Dirty Monks.
In September of 2006 Coco shot the DVD for her 2007 Exotics calendar, which took in nearly a million dollars in sales and led to her landing more than 50 covers of national men's magazine publications. She now even has her own quarterly called Coco.
Following in Ice-T's path, Coco made a 2007 guest appearance on NBC's Law & Order Special Victims Unit (SVU), and in 2009, she began assembling a team of professionals for her newest business venture, "Licious" apparel, designed for woman with curves.
Since 2011 she has starred with Ice-T in the reality series Ice Loves Coco, which takes an inside look at the couple's relationship.
