Bio
Neville D is a South African pastor, songwriter, producer and speaker best known for his gospel music which includes such albums as Calling My Name, Until the Whole World Knows, The Back to Church Project and Songs of Deliverance.
Born in Cape Town, Neville always had a passion for music and started playing the guitar at age twelve.
Neville recorded his first album, Calling my Name, which was released in 1999. Since then he has also released Until the Whole World Knows, The Back to Church Project, The Gospel According to Cape Town and Songs of Deliverance.
As a song writer Neville has also expanded from only writing for himself to writing for and with other artists including Israel Houghton (Identity) and Judith Sephuma (A Call).
Over the years Neville has performed with both international and local artists such as Keith Sweat, Deborah Cocks, JOE, Ernie Smith, Rebekah Malope, Allou April, Musa Manzini and The Cape Town Symphony Orchestra.
In addition, Neville founded Nefty Records and Studio One and became a producer in Cape Town and abroad.
In 2010 he was a judge on the first season of the ONE Gospel reality competition Shine.
