Nelson Franklin is an American actor best known for his starring role as Adam in the short-lived sitcom Traffic Light, in 2011. He also played an unfortunate IT worker in The Office.
He also has a starring role as Adam, husband to Debbie (Jayma Mays), on the television sitcom The Millers. He replaced Michael Rapaport, who played the role in the pilot.
Other television credits include Party Down, Dollhouse, New Girl, Arrested Development, Veep, Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous and Things Are Going Great for Me with J. Claude Deering.
Franklin has acted in a number of short films as well, including The Funeral, Life Father Like Edison, The Schedule, Excision and The Big Dog.
His feature credits include Berkeley, I Love You Man, Waiting for Forever, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Answer This!, Ghost Phone: Phone Calls from the Dead, Argo and Jobs.
His side projects include a short for Funny or Die: a fake commercial promoting the Dudes-N-Bros Talking Points System, which is a service that helps guys who aren't dudes or bros hold a conversation with dudes and bros.
