Sydney Barrosse is an American actress and singer-songwriter best known for her recurring role as Phyllis Chamberlin on the teen drama television series The Lying Game, from 2011-2012.Born in New Orleans, Sydney moved to Los Angeles and began writing and performing in several bands as lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist. Styles ranged from World Beat to Pop and Alternative.Credits include writing and recording music for feature films including an Oliver Stone production and singing in national commercials such as MCI.Sydney currently resides in Austin, Texas and has recorded a couple of songs for the soundtrack to the feature film, Deeper and Deeper as well as starring in the music video for the title song.She has recorded several audio books for children and is currently working on new material to record and perform.
