Andrew Rannells is a Grammy Award-winning and Tony Award-nominated American actor, voice artist singer best known for his role as Elder Price in the 2011 Broadway musical The Book of Mormon, which earned him a nomination for the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical.
He also starred as Bryan Collins, one half of a gay Los Angeles couple who seem to have it all, on the television sitcom The New Normal, from 2012-2013.
As a featured soloist on the musical's Original Broadway Cast Recording, he won the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. His other Broadway credits include Jersey Boys and Hairspray.
He is also known to television viewers for his recurring role as Elijah Krantz in the dark comedy-drama television series Girls, since 2012.
Andrew has voiced numerous animated television series including Street Sharks, Yûgiô: Duel Monsters, Shaman King, Fighting Foodons, Pokémon and Sonic X.
He is openly gay.
