Karen Robinson is a Canadian actress best known for her starring role as Ingrid Evans in the police procedural television series King, in 2012.
Her film and TV credits include Ghett'A Life, Lars And The Real Girl, The Border, Killshot, Slings and Arrows, Owning Mahoney and The Gospel According To The Blues, for which she was nominated for a Gemini Award.
Karen has performed in theatres across Canada and joined the 2010/11 English company at the National Arts Centre, where she appeared in Romeo and Juliet, nativity and Saint Carmen of The Main.
Her other theatre roles include Prospera in The Tempest (Canadian Stage), Condoleezza Rice in Stuff Happens (Studio 180/Mirvish), Pauline/Selma in Eternal Hydra (Crow's Theatre, Dora Nomination) and Mrs. Muller in Doubt - A Parable (Citadel Theatre).
Karen has received several awards for her roles in theatre including a Sterling Award for Best Supporting Actress for Doubt - A Parable, a NAACP Award for Best Ensemble for 'da Kink in my Hair and a Dora Mavor Moore Award for Best Actress in Riot.
