Kaitlyn Jenkins is an American actress, singer and dancer best known for her starring role as Bettina "Boo" Jordan in the comedy-drama television series Bunheads, since 2012.
The daughter of a professional ballet dancer, she discovered her love of performing early and began taking dance classes when she was three years old.
While Kaitlyn specialises in Ballet and Contemporary dance, she can perform a broad range of styles including Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Ballroom, and Club/Freestyle.
Kaitlyn's extensive training also consists of time spent with the American Ballet Theatre in New York, the Boston Ballet, Katsbaan, The Jillana School and the Anaheim Ballet.
She has danced in many full length ballets including The Nutcracker, Midsummer Night's Dream, Alice in Wonderland and Sleeping Beauty and has also danced excerpts from Romeo & Juliet and Swan Lake to name a few.
In her free time Kaitlyn enjoys working out at the gym, swimming, taking stage combat and horseback riding. She loves animals and is owner of a cat and two dogs.
