Bio
Katia Winter is a Swedish-born British actress best known for her recurring role as Nadia, a Ukrainian stripper who works in a Miami club, in the seventh season of the thriller television series Dexter, in 2012.
Winter moved to London at an early age, where she studied acting and film editing. She has appeared in British television and films including the UK drama Unmade Beds (2009), directed by award-winning Alexis Dos Santos and Everywhere and Nowhere (2011) directed by Mejhad Huda.
After making a move to the USA she immediately booked the lead female role Arena opposite Kellan Lutz (Twilight) and Samuel L. Jackson.
Soon after she went on shooting the lead role in the independent film Happy & Bleeding alongside Matthew Settle (Gossip Girl) and the US independent film Banshee Chapter, with Ted Levine (Monk).
