Ernie Grunwald is a Canadian actor best known for his starring role as Larry in the dark comedy television series Call Me Fitz, since 2010.
Grunwald was raised in Thornhill, Ontario and studied theatre at the University of Toronto. He got his start as a series regular on The High Life, produced by David Letterman for HBO, before landing roles on ABC's Two of a Kind and It's Like, You Know.
He has earned an impressive list of credits in notable television series, including feature roles on Grey's Anatomy, the award-winning Sci-Fi fantasy series Supernatural, Psych, and more.
Other guest starring roles include dramas such as Bones, Monk and The Mentalist, as well as a long list of comedy series: Two and a Half Men, The New Adventures of Old Christine, My Name is Earl, Better Off Ted, and recurring roles on King of the Hill, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and Reno 911!.
On the big screen, Grunwald has starred alongside British actor Alfred Molina, Hope Davis and Simon Baker in The Lodger, and William Mapother and Daniel Baldwin in the dramedy Moola.
