Ben Falcone is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter and producer best known for his recurring role as Howard on the television sitcom Joey, from 2004-2006.
He has guest starred in numerous other television series including Curb Your Enthusiasm, Yes, Dear, According to Jim, Gilmore Girls, My Name is Earl, The Class, Andy Barker, P.I., Rita Rocks, Bones, Sons of Tucson, Happy Endings and Up All Night.
He also voiced the role of Henery Hawk on the animated television series The Looney Tunes Show, from 2011-2012.
Feature films he has appeared in include Confessions of an Action Star, Cheaper by the Dozen 2, Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties, Unaccompanied Minors, Smiley Face, Cook Off!, Bridesmaids, What to Expect When You're Expecting and Identity Thief.
Falcone was born in Carbondale, Illinois, to Peg and Steve Falcone. He has been married to actress Melissa McCarthy since 8 October, 2005. They have a daughter, Vivian, born 5 May, 2007 and in March 2010, the couple welcomed their second daughter.
