Robin Thicke is an American R&B singer-songwriter, musician, composer and actor whose albums, which he previously released under the name Thicke, are noted for their feature of a predominantly R&B sound.
Thicke has written hits for popular artists such as Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Usher and Mary J. Blige.
He is also a television personality, having worked as a mentor in two music shows: Duets and The Voice, both in 2012.
In 2013 he starred in the faux reality series The Real Husbands of Hollywood.
His father is actor Alan Thicke.
