Bio
Matthew Josten is an American child actor best known for his starring role as Bo Hamilton in the television sitcom Rodney, from 2004-2006.
When he was four, he began his career by appearing in several commercials, and by the age of five he had co-starred in the television shows Birds of Prey and Strong Medicine.
In addition, he landed a recurring role on JAG as A.J., the young son of Harriet and Bud Roberts. While still only five, Matthew walked off with the role of Gus, Mimi's son on The Drew Carey Show.
The son of Mike and Cindy Josten, his family lives in the Valencia, California area, where Mike owns the John Robert Powers Studio - which explains how Matthew began his acting training.
According to his father, Matthew's acting talent may be hereditary because his uncle, Jay Josten, was a well-known actor who played Mr. District Attorney in radio's dramatic heyday.
His favourite pastimes include karate, basketball, swimming and bike riding.
