Nina Lisandrello is an American actress best known for her starring role as Tess Vargas, Catherine's partner who is having a secret affair with her boss Joe, in the science fiction police procedural television drama series Beauty and the Beast, since 2012.
Born in New York, Lisandrello has appeared on numerous television shows including Nurse Jackie, Law & Order, Mercy and Conviction.
She also starred in the films The Devil Wears Prada, The Bleeding House, Pre and The Best and The Brightest, alongside Neil Patrick Harris.
