Jakob Salvati is an American acttor best known for his starring role as Boris Walraven, Marta's youngest son who is repressing the traumatic memory of having witnessed his father's murder, in the short-lived crime drama television series Red Widow, in 2013.
His credits include national commercials for Target, Nintendo Wii and Harley Davidson; television's Mad Men, Victorious and 'Til Death; and the independent films Escape from Tomorrow, Behavior with Friends, Nickel or Dime, Gospel Adventures and Silent Killer.
Jakob was also featured in Unthinkable, starring Samuel L. Jackson, Carrie-Anne Moss and Michael Sheen; and the 2011 short film, Crescendo, that swept the film festival circuits, winning Best Short Film Awards from the Hollywood Film Festival and the Big Bear Lake International Film Festival.
In Spring 2013, Jakob made his big screen debut in Little Boy, playing the lead, Pepper Busby/Little Boy, alongside Emily Watson, Tom Wilkinson, Kevin James and David Henrie. The film is about a young American boy struggling to achieve the impossible - to bring his father back from World War II.
Aside from acting, Jakob enjoys soccer, swimming and gymnastics, as well as singing and playing the drums.
