Jennifer Hasty is an American actress best known for her recurring role as Nanette Jordan on the dance-themed television drama series Bunheads.
Jennifer was raised in the small Sierra Nevada mountain town of Oakhurst, California. She received a Bachelors Degree in Theater Arts from Fresno State University.
While attending Fresno State, she won the presigious Irene Ryan Acting Award and performed at the Kennedy Center. After years of regional theatre work, Jennifer turned her attention to operatic training and studied privately for several years.
She moved to Los Angeles and began performing improvisational comedy. The freedom and wit of improv along with her love of singing inspired Jennifer to develop her own one woman show Wide Awake, which she performs in and around Los Angeles.
Jennifer also is a proud cast member of Fake Radio...Old Time Radio....only funnier. Celebrity guest performers have included John Laroquette, Fred Willard, Dave Foley, Mark McKinney and Kevin McDonald (Kids in the Hall), Tom Kenny (Voice of Sponge Bob), Deborah Wilson (Mad TV), Mindy Sterling (Austin Powers), Dean Caine (Superman) and several others.
She has appeared in several network television shows.
