Bio
Edward Akrout is a French actor who has had notable parts in The Borgias (2011), Andrew in Swinging with the Finkels (2011), Louis the Dauphin in The Hollow Crown (2012) and Snake in Roel Reiné's Western Dead in Tombstone (2013).
Akrout was born in Paris, to a British mother and a Tunisian father. He has lived in different countries, including Romania and Latin America.
After training at Le Cours Florent and studying philosophy at The Sorbonne in Paris he moved to London where he has trained at LAMDA.
Since graduation in 2008, Edward has worked regularly in theatre, film and television. He has worked in the West End, for the BBC, HBO and in both independent and Hollywood film.
