Dan Moyane is a South African journalist, talk show host, radio station manager and CEO of Primedia best known to television viewers as an anchor on the 24-hour news channel eNCA (formerly known as the eNews Channel, joining the lineup in March 2009.
Moyane also successfully hosted two episodes of The Big Debate, a talk show on eNCA in which robust debates are staged before the public.
He worked in the radio broadcasting industry for 28 years (1980-2008), 11 of which were spent in the public broadcaster in Mozambique, nearly 15 of which in a private commercial broadcaster in South Africa and nearly two of which for the SABC.
During this career Moyane worked his way up from a trainee reporter to a news editor, from a newsreader to a talk show host and from station manager of 702 to executive chairperson of Primedia Broadcasting.
He was also a freelance journalist for the BBC from 1985-1991.
