Chris Wood is an American actor best known for his recurring role as Adam Weaver, a playwright who befriends Carrie and ends up being the man she loses her virginity to, in the teen drama television series The Carrie Diaries. He previously had guest starring roles in the comedy-drama television series Girls and in the police procedural series Major Crimes. He is a graduate of Elon University.
