John Mametsa is a retired South African rugby union player best known for being the first black South African to have appeared in 100 Currie Cup games, all of them for the Bulls franchise. In 2014 he was one of the celebrity dancers competing on the seventh season of the SABC3 reality competition series Strictly Come Dancing. His professional dance partner was Nombulelo Hlathi.
