Khanya Siyengo is a South African radio and television presenter who first rose to prominence by placing fifth in the 2015 Presenter Search on 3.
He studied accounting at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and holds a law degree from the Univeristy of Cape Town.
During his studies Khanya tried to start a radio station and in 2007 he entered the Good Hope FM campus radio search, falling out in the first round. He used to manage promotions on campus and this led to his first break into the corporate world at the age of 22.
In 2012 he was selected as a finalist in the MTV base VJ search, making it to the final round again in 2014.
In 2013 he entered the Jo-Ann Strauss online presenter search and the Good Hope FM campus DJ search, making it to the finals of both.
In 2014 he started a radio show in the graveyard shift on Saturday and Sundays on Good Hope FM, that eventually got extended to Mondays through Fridays.
In 2015 he entered the SABC3 Presenter Search, a reality competition held sporadically when the channel is searching for new presenters. Khanya came fifth on the show.
After that he landed a presenting job on the second season of the SABC3 reality competition Win a Home. He and fellow presenter Mishka Patel replaced Season 1 presenters Cindy Nell-Roberts, Tumi Voster and Maps Maponyane.
