Condola Rashad is an American actress best known for her starring role as Kate Sacher, one of Rhoades's workers, in the Showtime drama series Billions.
In 2015, she appeared in the Sony feature Money Monster opposite George Clooney, directed by Jodie Foster, as well as Joshua Marston's Complete Unknown with Michael Shannon and Rachel Weisz.
Rashad made her debut off-Broadway at the Manhattan Theatre Club playing a young girl in a brothel in Lynn Nottage's 2009 Pulitzer Prize winning play Ruined. She was nominated for Tony Awards for her roles in Lydia Diamond's Stick Fly and the late Horton Foote's The Trip to Bountiful, opposite Cicely Tyson.
In 2014, on Broadway, she played Juliet to critical acclaim opposite Orlando Bloom's Romeo. She had a recurring role on NBC's Smash and starred in the Lifetime remake of Steel Magnolias, opposite Queen Latifah.
Rashad's film and TV credits include 30 Beats, opposite Justin Kirk and Lee Pace, Sex and the City 2, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Georgetown and The Good Wife.
She is a graduate of the California Institute of the Arts. She is the daughter of actress Phylicia Rashad and former professional football player and sportscaster Ahmad Rashad.
