Mary Elizabeth Winstead is an American actress best known for her roles in the horror films Final Destination 3, Black Christmas, Death Proof, The Thing and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
Additional film credits include 10 Cloverfield Lane, featuring John Goodman; Scott Pilgrim vs. the World; Smashed; Faults; Alex of Venice; A Good Day to Die Hard; The Spectacular Now, alongside Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller; and the Emilio Esteves drama Bobby, alongside William H. Macy, Demi Moore, Elijah Wood, Sharon Stone and Anthony Hopkins.
Other films include Valencia and Swiss Army Man, with Daniel Radcliffe and Paul Dano.
Winstead's television credits include the series The Returned, and the PBS mini-series Mercy Street. She also has a starring role in the CBS comedy-thriller series BrainDead and played the role of Jessica Bennett on the soap opera Passions.
In addition to her acting career, Winstead teamed up with music producer Dan the Automator in 2012 to form the music duo Got a Girl. The band's first studio album, I Love You But I Must Drive Off This Cliff Now, was released in 2014.
